1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all subscription plans, software modules, and custom services purchased directly through dataopter.com.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription or services at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • For one-time service engagements (e.g., custom CMS setup), cancellations are only allowed before development begins.

3. Refund Policy

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are issued for monthly billing cycles after payment has been processed.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are available within the first 7 days of payment, provided no custom development or integrations have been initiated.
  • Custom Development: No refunds will be provided once the scope of work is approved and development has begun.

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your registered email address, invoice number, and reason for the request. Our billing team will respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if there is evidence of account abuse, policy violation, or fraudulent activity.
  • Refunds will not be processed for delays caused by third-party providers or APIs integrated into the DataOpter platform.
