Repoxa Technologies operates a fully digital business through its platform DataOpter. As a provider of SaaS-based and CMS solutions, we do not ship or deliver any physical products.

1. Digital Delivery

  • All our services, software access, and platform modules are delivered electronically via secure login credentials or direct integration setup.
  • Customers receive service access information via email or through their registered account after successful payment and onboarding.
  • Custom CMS or SaaS deployments may take 2–7 business days depending on the scope of service.

2. Account Access

Upon successful payment and account verification, login credentials or project access links will be shared with the customer’s registered email address.

3. Service Availability

  • Our platform is available 24/7 online, excluding scheduled maintenance windows (which will be communicated in advance).

4. No Physical Shipping

We do not offer physical shipping of any kind. Any references to delivery are applicable only to the provisioning of digital access to our services.
